Chapter 36
Welcome to the greatest battle of all time.
The fight within the village of Chamkaur is underway and an enemy army of 10 lakh is now surrounding the small and unstable fort of Chamkaur. Maharaj only has 40 Singhs with him yet the enemy is estimating more after the onslaught caused by the bullets, arrows, and slices of the sword from these few in number--It is as if all the little stars in the night sky have come to wreak havoc upon the moon, that is, Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The Singhs put up an impressive first fight which enraged all the generals and now led to them calling for an all-in attack at once, but the Singhs hold their ground firmly. From the eyes of the enemy, the Guru can be seen seated in his warrior pose on the highest point of the singular tower of Chamkaur and his plumed turban can be seen from a great distance, bright and shining, and illuminating the battlefield. He is shooting arrows at great speeds and each arrow is piercing through the bodies of ten soldiers at once. Those on the battlefield are in awe and frightful; it is as if there is a new fortress being made next to the current one...a fortress of dead bodies.
