Chapter 15

Creating River Streams from a Spear

A crisis arises when a dhobi — a master at washing clothes — is unable to wash the Guru's robes due to a lack of pure water. Hearing this, the merciful Guru, fully aware of all, mounts his beautiful horse to ascend a mountain, accompanied by his five warrior cousins reminiscent of the Pandavas and his uncle, Mama Kirpal Chand.

Here, the Guru performs a miraculous feat, underscoring that regardless of their human form, Gurus are capable of performing the impossible, with capabilities far beyond the comprehension of an ordinary mind. The young Guru pierces the earth with a spear, subsequently extracting it, showcasing his divine strength when his cousins fail to do so.

This miraculous act leads to the creation of a sanctified water source, prophesied by the wise uncle to be a place of reverence, attracting millions worldwide. This place is now recognized as Gurdwara Sri Triveni Sahib.

Subsequently, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mata Jito Ji, with elation and grand ceremonies, prepare to leave Guru ka Lahore, enveloped in harmonious music, boundless gifts, and offerings. Mata Gujari Ji embraces them both with open arms!
